Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and your order will be sent by Royal Mail, 1st Class Post which usually delivers next day. However, please allow up to 5 days for delivery.


If you then still do not have your order, please contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding it for you - EVEN if you have not had a card to say you missed the delivery. This is where 90% of lost/delayed parcels are found.

 

If your local sorting office do not have the parcel, please contact us so that we can do further checks.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your order!

You can return anything you're not happy with within 14 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt to advise of its return and that it's not something you've tried out and not liked! An analogy for this would be buying a dress, wearing it for a party and then deciding you no longer want it!

For all returns we recommend you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.

It helps to take pictures of what the damaged goods looked like when they arrived with you so we can accurately refund you. Just attach any pictures to the email you send us to notify us of damaged goods.

You will need to contact us before you return the item otherwise it will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
